Our classes are associated with several schools in the Caribbean and South America. This site in East London is our first school in the UK. We run several classes during the week for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re new to martial arts or a joining us from elsewhere, our experienced team have many years of experience in both the martial arts, health and education sector. We have links with many schools and outside organisations who have benefitted from the martial arts.
